The Trek of a Lifetime
Taking place from July 2nd - July 12th 2009, The Sponsored Trek 2009 will take a group of the brave and adventurous to scale the highest free standing mountain in the world: Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Set across the stunning Serengeti plains, participants will be signing up to an experience of a lifetime. This 10 day trek will raise money for the children of Gaza as part of Green Ribbon Week — an annual Muslim Hands initiative supporting innocent children who have had their lives destroyed by the war.
