Muslim Hands is organising a sponsored walk along the Great Wall of China (don't worry, not the full 1,500 miles -- just a section!) to raise funds for Green Ribbon Week 2008. The sponsored walk will take place in the Summer of 2008. Read below to find out more and how to register. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

When is the walk taking place?
The walk will take place in the Summer of 2008 (around mid May) — the exact dates and itinerary are to be confirmed.
How long will the walk take?
The exact itinerary is to be confirmed, but it is estimated we will spend around 7 days in total in China. Around one and a half
days wills be spent trekking along the wall. There will also be visits to MH projects and an opportunity to explore and visit sites.
What's the next step?
If you feel you might be interested in the walk be sure to register your interest (see right). This won't make it binding on you to take part, but
will allow us to contact you as soon as we have finalised details and, moreover, will ensure you do not loose out as spaces are limited.
How do I fundraise?
Once all details have been finalised we will contact you to confirm your place and will supply you with a fundraising pack including
sponsorship forms and everything else you will need. There will be a minimum sponsorship requirement for each participant and a registration
fee of around £250 to contribute towards the costs.

Do I need to be super fit to take part?
Whilst the walking and terrain will be physically demanding, there shouldn't be anything that someone in good health will struggle with.
