MH Bangladesh Emergency Response Teams in Barguna, Pirojpur, Patuakhali have a long standing history of working in such disasters have reported extensive damage and great loss of life, particularly along the coastal areas.

What We're Doing

How to Help

Please donate generously today to help victims of the cyclone:

Currently work is focusing on meeting the immediate needs of victims: food, shelter, clean water, medicine and transportation from affected areas.

Commenting on the disaster, Abdul-Basir, Country Manager MH Bangladesh, remarks "The death toll continues to rise hour by hour. We will only know the true horror of this disaster as the water draws back. We need your support in providing clean water, food and basic medical care."

Muslim Hands has allocated an inital sum of $155,000 to assist victims of the cyclone. However much work remains to be carried out and Muslim Hands is making a commitment to continue helping those affected. Please donate generously and ensure this vital work continues.
