Q. Why can't I see the website properly?

A. If you are experiencing difficulties please ensure your are using a modern browser such as Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 2+, Opera 9+, Safari 1.2+ or one with similar capabilities (support for XHTML 1.0, CSS 2 and JavaScript).

Ideally you should also use a screen with a resolution of 1024 × 768 or greater.

Q. Why can't I use the donation basket?

Q. Why can't I view PDF files on the website?

A. To view PDF files you will need Adobe Reader, version 5 or newer. Adobe Reader is available for download free of charge. More details.

Q. Why can't I watch videos or listen to audio on the site?

A. To view multimedia and certain other content you will need Flash Player, version 6 or newer. Macromedia Flash Player is is available for download free of charge. More details.
